Cleaning out the Garden
We've hit the cold snap, so yesterday we cleaned out the last of our garden vegetables that remained above ground. We hope to keep the herbs covered and have them last a little bit longer, but really all that's left is potatoes and carrots under the ground. What we ended up bringing in yesterday was quite colorful and made a real beautiful mosaic, so I thought I'd share some of the pictures here.

This could almost qualify as modern art.

Who cares about baskets of deplorable's, when you have baskets of fresh tomatoes in October?

I was under the impression that none of the peppers were spicy, but then I rubbed my eye after taking them out of the basket and boy! some of them must be spicy!

A beautiful and bountiful harvest. Salsa coming up!
