Stuck in the Muck
The wind that has viciously ripped across the prairie, reaching it's cold grasp into the warmest Manitobans heart, through the long winter months, has this week been replaced by a soft pleasant breeze. The sun has also warmly greeted my face, as I intercept its path down towards the snow where it has been quickly removing the ice and snow, fulfilling its mission of freeing the grass beneath. Spring has come in force, and with it, of course, mud. Mud, muck, gumbo. Mud is wonderful. The world grows out of mud. But mud also wants to eat things. In this particular case, my tractor.

I got in a bit deep and had to battle with frozen mud as well as soft mud.
At least I could sweat in a t-shirt, instead of coveralls. :)
